We keep you scheduled and compliant, so you don't have to think about it.
If you're reading this, AugerPros already services your properties. This page explains the portal we've set up for you, what's in it, and how to use it. It takes about three minutes.
First, thank you
Commercial work is most of what we do, and it's built on accounts like yours that call us back year after year. We built this portal because the hardest part of commercial plumbing isn't the plumbing — it's remembering what's due where. We'd rather carry that for you.
Every property we service for you
Each location is listed with its address, the services we've scheduled there, and any notes we've left — gate codes, who to call on site, what we found last visit.
Your backflow assemblies
Every device we've tested: where it is on the property, serial number, type, size, the date of the last test, and whether it passed. This is the record your city wants to see.
What's next, and when
The top of your schedule shows the next six things due across all your properties. Below that, each property shows its own next dates. The day we complete a job, the date rolls forward.
History
Every completed visit, by property, newest first. Six months from now when someone asks "when was that line last jetted?", the answer is on the page.
If you have backflow assemblies, this is the part that matters
Every city in Collin County and across DFW requires an annual test on each backflow prevention assembly on a commercial property — irrigation, fire line, domestic water, boiler feed. The test has to be done by a licensed tester, and the report has to reach the water department. When it lapses, the letters start, and eventually so do the fees.
Here is what we do about it, for every assembly we know about at your properties:
- We track the date
- Each assembly's next test is on your schedule from the day we test it. You never have to look it up.
- We email you a month ahead
- Thirty days before a test is due, your contacts get an email listing what's coming. Two weeks ahead for every other service.
- We test it, and we file it
- We come out, test the assembly, and submit the passing report to your city. If it fails, we repair or replace it and retest — usually the same visit.
- You can check any time
- Open your schedule and every assembly shows its last test date and result. If someone from the city or your landlord asks, the answer is one login away.
How to check in
Go to augerproscommercial.com, enter the access code from our email, and you're on your schedule. You'll stay signed in on that device for thirty days. There's no account to create and no password to remember — one code for your whole company, so anyone on your team who needs it can use it.
Lost the code? Call 469-321-1596 or email contact@augerpros.com and we'll send it again.
Changing what we do for you
At the top of your schedule is Choose services. It lists every property with the services available at each one — backflow testing, hydro-jetting, drain and sewer maintenance, and so on — and how often. Check what you want, pick a frequency, tell us how many assemblies are on site if you know, and send it.
Nothing on your schedule changes until we've reviewed the request and emailed you to confirm. It's a way to tell us what you need without a phone call; it's not a self-service switch that can quietly turn something off.
What we'll email you
Only three things, and only when they apply: a month ahead of each backflow test, two weeks ahead of any other scheduled service, and a note if a scheduled date passes without a visit logged — so if a job slipped on our end, you'll know. Notifications go to the contacts we have on file for your company; tell us if that list should change.
That's it
Open your schedule, look it over, and tell us if a property is missing or a date looks wrong — the list came from our records, and yours are better. Thank you again for the work.
